The Class

There are two main focuses of this high energy 45 minute class.

1. To improve the efficiency and strength of your heart.

2. Build the strength of the muscles of your legs & upper

You will optimize your workout by alternating between rounds of compound HIIT (vigorous) and steady state (moderate) exercises while closely monitoring your pre-calculated personal heart rate for the two zones.

With monthly strength assessments and heart rate monitoring, you can chart your progress toward a more healthy future.

Teh Technology-2

You can choose to monitor yourself the old fashion way by taking your pulse during class and journaling your stats.

OR

You can join our new technology & social based Premium program utilizing the MYZONE system.

So How Do We Use MYZONE Technology at Sphericality?

    Specially Coached MYZONE Classes

    Classes that are indicated on the schedule with MZ will be Zone Match coached, meaning your teacher will be guiding you through different effort levels using the monitors in the studio.  Your teacher will provide you with the MEP goal for your class. And don't worry, if you aren't enrolled in the program, you can still take these classes.

    Challenges

    Challenges are a great way to keep motivated and have fun.  We will be hosting two studio challenges in 2019, March and October. But what's really fun is that you can get together with other members and create your own challenges too!

    When you reach certain goal levels, the system rewards you with a badge of honor, and so will we with special charms and acknowledgements!

    The software tracks your activity level throughout a given month and awards you effort points.  With it, you ensure you are getting enough of the right kind of exercise based on CDC guidelines.
