Hi, I'm Dorian, Founder of Sphericality and creator of the Happy Body Pro-Aging Method for Women.

"The goal of my method is to help you create and maintain a happy, youthful and energized body by easily incorporating my Pro-Aging essentials for women into your   life so that you can do everything and more.  

I created this method based on research and years of hands on experience. I've talked with hundreds of women like you about their goals, concerns, motivations and wildest dreams (like jumping solo out of an airplane after losing 80 pounds!)    

 

Weight loss and maintenance, developing tone and flexibility, maintaining high energy levels and being supported by other women are at the top of the list for most of the women you'll meet at Sphericality.

We make it easy by providing you with a simple recipe for success. Our expert all female staff will get to know you by name, and personalize your experience based on your age,  fitness level and goals. You will be motivated by the positive energy around you to keep going for good.

We offer our clients various levels of accountability and coaching.  You will be supported by the latest technology...but if you aren't comfortable with tech, the old fashioned way works just as well.
