At Sphericality, we offer our BURST program of small group training for our clients who want to intensify their weekly workout regime.
We utilize special props to create more instability so your body can work harder and get stronger faster.
The sessions are limited in size so that your teacher can personalize and tailor your experience to your individual goals and are 30-45 minutes in duration.
Sessions can be purchased as drop-in's, packages or as part of our monthly BURST All-In Membership (best value).
