Remember that everyone is a beginner at some point! SO don't feel shy about that.
Our classes are mixed level and are appropriate for beginners. Our teachers are the best of the best and are trained to teach everyone all together, and EVERYONE in the class gets an amazing workout.
We are here to help and make suggestions for your first classes.
We have everything you need at the studio, so don't worry about having your own props.
