Restorative yoga is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your entire body. Restorative yoga helps to develop self-awareness and assists you in slowing down and taking a break from life’s day to day stresses. It will also soothe the nervous system, build your immunity and aid in the digestive process.
This class will be presented by Cindy Noren. Cindy has an 800-hr yoga therapist certification.
