Mona Laru
I want you to try out a new lifestyle, not a new diet. I will give you a customized, realistic, holistic lifestyle makeover that enables you to reach weight loss and personal wellness goals.
“Eating healthy and exercising have always been my life’s passion. I believe everybody should be given the opportunity to live a fulfilling life and be educated and understand the importance of energizing foods and exercising. Eating healthy and exercising daily not only makes you feel happy and look good, it can prevent serious diseases and illness. That’s a message and a passion I want to share with the world.” – Mona Laru, founder of Naked Nutrition, Certificated in Nutrition for Optimal Health, Wellness, and Sports thru TESC of NJ and Group Exercise thru AAAI

Janette La Vigne
Janette is certified in holistic health coaching through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, and is a certified Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA and AAAI. She was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.
“I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.” Janette La Vigne, CHHC, AADP, founder of Be Well, Be Whole.
