For $100 a month or $280 up front, within a safe environment with like-minded folk, you will set attainable goals, learn about new foods and their affect on your body, address cravings and their sources, learn new recipes, become aware of other daily influences on your health, learn about the importance of self care, and much more. DALIEN, aka 13 HANDS makes his first appearance at SPHERICALITY with a special workshop that involves basic grounding and restorative Yoga postures, chakra work and then followed by a blissful and relaxing, 45 minute sound meditation/relaxation experience where the live sounds of Native Flutes, hang drum, crystal bowl and other world instruments will accompany your journey into deep relaxation and renewal. This deep place of “inner connection” is where we can regulate our basic mind, body and spirit processes and improve our well-being. You will feel amazing afterward!

(3) Session Series

Yoga Nidra can be translated to “sleep of the yogi”. This practice provides a deep state of relaxation equivalent to 3-5 hours of sleep, a perfect way to recharge healthfully and also helps with insomnia. The practice is guided by an instructor or recording to take your mind and body through the process of allowing each layer of the psyche relax. During the practice you may set an intention or San culpa to invite new positive qualities into yourself and your world. While yoga nidra is not a replacement for sleep, it is a beautiful practice that allows one to take on their life intentions at a deeper level in this state of rest while returning refreshed and invigorated.

You will be guided through your series by Cindy Noren, 500 hour CYT.
