The members of our yoga team are all minimum 200 hour CYT. You’ll enjoy your class with them in our beautiful and serene studio environment.

Laughing Buddha Yoga

Not your every day yoga experience! Smile your way through this light-hearted yet fulfilling class–all levels are welcome! Great class to dip your toe into yoga!

Yoga Basics

Scared of Yoga?, Afraid to try Yoga? Yoga Basics unlocks the mysteries and allows you to learn about yoga & yoga poses In this safe and welcoming environment.

Beginning Flow

Builds upon the yoga basics class and starts to add movement from pose to pose with the use of the breath. This class continues to strengthen your yoga foundation in a safe and compassionately attended environment.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Honor the sun and build heat with this class, which links traditional sun salutations with a rhythmic series of asanas. Also includes chanting, pranayama and meditation practice. Appropriate for students with some basic yoga experience

Yoga for All

A combination of popular yoga styles for all levels geared toward the requests of the group each evening. In the Jivamutsi style, this class is a great way to end your busy day.

Hot Yoga

Hot yoga benefits your body because it assists in sweating out toxins while allowing you to safely come deeper into asanas (poses or stretches). Bones, Joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and nerves are all affected through compressing, strengthening and stretching. An added benefit is that because you’re doing these yoga poses in warmer conditions than normal, your muscles will be able to stretch more easily, making the whole process more effective.

Saturday Morning Yoga

Start the weekend off right with this revitalizing yoga practice and a chuckle or two.

8 Session Package: $126 (10 week expiration)
4 Session Introductory Package: $55 (4 week expiration, new clients)
Unlimited Monthly Yoga: $89
